Notice Description
Creation of a new purpose built modular building to accommodate a childcare unit and Welsh Language facility.The site is located within the grounds of a Secondary School in Tywyn, ( South Gwynedd ).The present childcare timber unit on the site is to be demolished.The project is D&B contract however Planning consent has been granted, SUDS application and work packageto be part of the contract.Creu adeilad modiwlar pwrpasol newydd ar gyfer uned gofal plant a chyfleuster Iaith Gymraeg.Mae'r safle wedi ei leoli ar dir Ysgol Uwchradd yn Nhywyn, ( De Gwynedd ).Mae'r uned bren gofal plant bresennol ar y safle i'w dymchwel.Mae'r prosiect yn gontract D&B ond mae caniatad cynllunio wedi'i roi, cais SDCau a phecyn gwaith i fod yn rhan o'r contract.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
