Provision of all management, supervision, labour, plant, fuel and materials to properly carry out and complete the landscaping and associated works as further described within the enquiry and the documents referred to therein.For further details of scope please contact the "buyer" if these works are of interest.Insurances required:Minimum level of cover of 5 Million (GBP) Employer's Liability and 10 Million (GBP) Public Liability.Terms and Conditions:Form of contract will be NEC4 Option A form of Sub-Contract with amendments.Lump sum fixed pricePayment Terms 30 daysRetention 3%For further details of Main Contract and details of Sub-Contract please contact the "buyer" if these works are of interest.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=137255.
