Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) would like to award the contract for the External Refurbishment of a Long Term Empty Property in Porthcawl The following is a brief overview of the requirements:The works involve the following* The replacement of windows and doors,* Replacement of rainwater goods,* The repairing or replacement of fascia's and soffits,* Re-pointing brickwork,* Cutting back vegetation.* The exact scope and description of the work will be defined within the Appendix 2 - Schedule of Works.* See Appendix 1 - Part 5 Pre-Construction Information Document.* See Measurement Valuation Document.* See Preliminaries Document (JCT Minor Works - 2016).Contract Terms and Conditions: JCT Minor Works Contract.
