Notice Description
Replace windows & external doors with new PVCu double glazed units to 12 properties consisting of 10 two-bedroom flats (6 ground and 4 first floor) and 2 two-bedroom houses with the possibility of adding a further 6 leaseholder flats (2 ground and 4 first floor).The anticipated contract start date is 12th February 2024.The duration for the contract of the 12 properties is 6 weeks and needs to be completed before April 2024.The budget for this contract is PS55,000.00.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=137495.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
