Notice Title

Fluorescent Plate Reader

Notice Description

The Diabetes Research Group has recently been awarded a translational grant to study mouse and human immune cells in culture in real-time using fluorescent reporters in response to different therapeutic interventions. At present there is no real-time fluorescent plate reader within the group and thus samples are studied at specific times post-stimulation and thus key cellular changes may be missed. Thus, we are seeking a real-time fluorescent plate reader that can be placed within a 37C incubator.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=137895.
