Notice Description

Creating Enterprise CIC ("CE") is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cartrefi Conwy Cyfyngedig ("Cartrefi Conwy"). Cartrefi Conwy owns and manages over 4,000 properties throughout the county of Conwy in North Wales. More details are available at Home - Cartrefi Conwy.Cartrefi Conwy owns a development site at Pensarn, Abergele as described on the Site Plan included in the draft contract documents referenced in Appendix 2 [Draft Contract Documents] and made available on the sell2wales site ("the Contract Documents").CE both carries out repairs for Cartrefi Conwy and constructs Passivhaus modular homes across the 6 counties of North Wales under licence from Beattie Passive. More details are available at Home - Creating Enterprise.CE wishes to select a contractor ("the Contractor"), to carry out groundworks ("the Works") on the Pensarn site ("the Site") as described in the Contract Documents. CE is the main contractor for the development of the Site so the Contractor will technically be a subcontractor.
