Notice Description
Cardiff and Vale University Health Board provide direct IT Support for nearly 15,000 staff and keep records and data for actively up to 500,000 patients at any one time. This can include stored information going back numerous years. The Health Board currently consume over one Petabyte (1,000 Terabytes) of active disk storage throughout all of the IT systems. The Digital Operations team try to replace servers and infrastructure hardware which is either end of life from the manufacturer or end of support.
