Notice Description

Wrexham County Borough Council is looking to establish a Framework for the maintenance to Stairlifts, through floor lifts and ceiling track hoists in council properties within the County Borough. This will be a one lot only Framework with upto 3 Contractors appointed to the Framework.

Lot Information

Lot 1

The works are for the maintenance of Stairlifts, through floor lifts and ceiling track hoists in Council properties within the County Borough. The Principal Contractor will also be required to provide reconditioned units previously taken out by themselves held in their stock for palliative cases and associated works to public and private sector housing occupiers within the borough, who have been awarded a minor adaptation grant to increase the safety and functional independence of the client who is permanently and substantially disabled. The Principal Contractor will be required to deal with all types of works as specified, and complete such works, including all building works associated with the contract, to the satisfaction of the Council in accordance with the specifications and conditions of this framework. The Principal Contractor shall be responsible for visiting the site(s) to take all their own measurements, site surveys, necessary particulars and should make arrangements with the establishment for gaining access to the relevant areas.
