Training for SAFFA warranted officers FWA 2024 - 2028
Notice Description
NRW needs a framework in place so that we can arrange the annual refresher sessions for SAFFA (Salmon & Freshwater Fisheries) warranted officers. The framework will also need to have a provision for the full training course, which is necessary for any new recruits to NRW. Officers require a full Salmon & Freshwater Fisheries Act 1975 warrant to undertake High Impact Fisheries Enforcement work. Therefore framework will need to cover Conflict Resolution at 2 levels:* for staff who are working towards a full Salmon & Freshwater Fisheries (SAFFA) Warrant* or who are looking to maintain their warrant.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. Tenderers should register on the eTendering portal https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk2. Once registered, suppliers must express their interest as follows:a. Login to the etendering portal.b. On the Dashboard go to area for PQQs/ITTs open to all suppliers.c. Click on the number next to ITTd. Click on the down arrow next to filter box and select ITT Descriptionse. In operator box select "contains" and in the value box type title of contract or reference number and click on searchf. Click on 'Express Interest' button in the 'Actions' box on the left-hand side of the page.3. Once you have expressed your interest, the ITT will move to 'My ITTs', where you can download and where you can construct your reply as instructed.4.
