The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust are acting on behalf of Cardiff and Vale University Local Health Board who are seeking to establish a contract for Cardiff Royal Infirmary Links Building DemolitionThe scope of the proposed works to make safe the buildings and mitigate the management risk to the Health board in maintaining and securing the site.* Demolish existing structure to the site area down to below ground floor level* Grub up slabs* Break out existing foundations* Break out existing basement structure and foundations and back fill* Break out redundant below ground drainage and back fill* Extend boundary fencing* Overlay the site with selected crushed materialNOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
