CLARE GARDENS, RIVERSIDE.
Notice Description
Cardiff Council intends to appoint an appropriate specialist landscape/Civil contractor to undertake works to Claire Garden.The park has been designed to encourage 'passive recreation' and offer an alternative to active sports/play associated with Dispenser Gardens. Park improvements will include:* New self binding gravel paths* New seating/tables including: steel picnic benches, Georgian benches, Chess table & stools, seating area for teenagers.* Community Gardens, with raised planters, paved surface, compost area and watering facility (rain water harvesting)* Calisthenics area (Body weight exercise)* Table Tennis* Two new gate entrances to improve access and public safety.
