The anticipated start date for the service will be the end of October 2024 and it is expected that the contract will be in place for a period of three years with options to extend. Further information will be available in the tender documents when they are released.In order to inform the specification, the Health Board are holding a pre-market engagement event on Friday 22nd March 2024 between 9am and 3pm. This will be a virtual event hosted on Microsoft Teams. Suppliers are invited to book a thirty minute session in order to demonstrate their solution to a panel of Health Board Clinical , Procurement and IT representatives, allowing a short time within the 30 minute meeting for question and answers.Please book a thirty minute meeting time via Heather.Walters@wales.nhs.uk by 5pm on Monday 18th March 2024. Please include the names and email addresses of all representatives attending in order that a Microsoft Teams invitation can be sent to all.(WA Ref:139421)"
