Bridgend County Borough Council would like to award a contract for the provision of a 'Young Inspectors' group.The winning provider will ask young people pertinent questions of providers linked to the equalities and diversity themes (as set out below) within this recommendation.* Welsh Language* from a Black, Asian or Ethnic Minority background,* LGTBQ+,* young people with disabilities* Gypsy Traveller community* those with impact be the current 'cost of living' crisis* experiencing digitally exclusionThe winning provider will then be supported to provide an improvement plan to develop practice.To aid in engagement, the winning provider will raise awareness and advertise the project with the aim of recruiting a core group of young people that will be supported (by the provider) to travel to relevant providers.
