HDD-DCO-23-49 Cyber Incident Response Retainer Renewal
Notice Description
Hywel Dda Health Board ("HDUHB") has awarded a contract for the provision of a Cyber Incident Response Retainer renewal across the Health Board. This contract will provide the Cyber team within HDUHB with guaranteed response times to assist in the event of a major cyber security incident. The agreement provides the Health Board with technical expertise to contain and eradicate the cyber incident along with senior executive support as and when required to increase the capability within HDUHBs Cyber team by providing the following:* Incident response readiness review,* Support for all stages of the lifecycle of an incident,* Yearly tabletop exercise tailored to Health Board needs to practice and test our incident response plans,* First responder cyber security training for the cyber security team,* The ability to quickly obtain specialist cyber security services such as forensic and malware analysis,* Priority access to senior advisors, privacy practitioners, specialist in compliance, privacy legislation and regulations.The NHS Shared Business Services (SBS) Cyber Security Services (SBS/19/CW/ZMD/9348) framework agreement is compliant with UK/EU procurement legislation and provides a compliant route to source tailored specialised solutions with regards to cyber risks, response and recover in the event of a cyber incident. This framework includes several potential providers who have achieved inclusion on the framework following a qualification process.
