The works are situated in Waverley Close Residential, Swansea and consist of the installation of a dedicated sprinkler system. The site is made up of multiple individual residential 2 storey blocks. A sprinkler system shall be installed to serve each block from an externally sited sprinkler pump. All interconnecting pipework shall be a combination of trench mounted/below ground and attic mounted/routed pipeworkThe area of works shall be both external and internal and requires the following (but not limited to) sub-disciplines, external & internal builders works, electrical, metal sheet work, warden call, etc
