Notice Description

The scope of this contract is to provide a new modular welfare building to accommodate an increased capacity of staff to the requirements of current standards and regulations. Facilities required include Drying, Lockers, Canteen & Rest Room, Toilets, Shower facilities and a training/meeting room. The locker room must accommodate a minimum of 88no. lockers and any toilet and shower facilities must include provisions for male, female and disabled members of staff.
