Awen Cultural trust operates Bettws Life Centre as a community centre that comprises of a Library, function hall, cafe, training room and offices. With the aid of a Welsh Government grant we are planning to refurbish the library, office, and training room spaces -primarily to make them more energy efficient and more useable spaces.Please refer to document for scope.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=141675.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
