The Provision of Consultancy Services for the Valuation of Land, Marine, and Property Assets
Notice Description
The Port of Milford Haven is seeking to engage suitably experienced and qualified Consultants to enter into a contract for the provision of consultancy services and advice in relation to the valuation of marine, property, land and equipment for insurance, statutory and investment purposes.The tender is split into 3 lots, for the provision of services as outlined below:Lot 1Reinstatement valuations of Marine assetsDeliverablesAttend site to record necessary particulars of the Marine assetsProvide schedules to be used by our Insurers, detailing values as follows:Infrastructure/building (including site improvements)Professional fees and local authority chargesDemolition and debris removalEquipmentMarine Assets: The assets are located across a range of geographical areas, including Gorsewood Drive, Milford Haven, Milford Marina and Docks, Pembroke Port and Ferry TerminalLot 2Reinstatement valuations of property, land and equipmentDeliverablesAttend site to record necessary particulars of the property, land and equipmentProvide schedules to be used by our Insurers, detailing values as follows:Building (including site improvements)Professional fees and local authority chargesDemolition and debris removalEquipmentProperty Assets: These are located across a range of geographical areas, including Milford Haven and Pembroke DockLot 3General valuations for investment properties for inclusion in statutory accounts, for strategic decision making and for banking purposes.The successful consultant will provide the following:Reinstatement valuation reports for insurance purposes and adviceA valuation report (in electronic and hard copy format) showing calculations and values suitable for underwriter purposes.
