An upcoming sustainable retrofit scheme to include but are not limited to, reroofing, replacement kitchen , internal decoration and furnishing, Installation of a 75kw EV charger , replacement heating system for a low carbon option and installation of a PV array.Further information and tender publication expected late June or early July 2024, works anticipated to start September 2024NOTE: Please do not attend site.
