Notice Description

The South East Wales Rivers Trust are seeking contractors who will construct a fish pass facility at the Library Weir, Aberdare with the aim of providing access for migratory fish (salmon, trout, eels) along the River Dare.The fish pass will comprise of two reinforced concrete pre-baffles, and associated structures, situated in the river channel downstream of an existing weir (NGR SN 99926 02578).
