Notice Description
These are two separate ITT's, one to replace the Fire Alarm System In Cwrt Mawr H & the other to replace the Fire Alarm System in Cwrt Mawr J.Both works will be as follows:-* Replace and dispose of main Gents panels and detection devices* Retain and reuse existing loop wiring* Supply and install Advanced Electronics MxPro5 control panel with Hochiki esp devices as a L2 system to BS5839-1:2017* Integrate kitchen door monitoring* Install audible and visual warning devices* Install loop powered interfaces - Boiler shutdown/Salto release* Replace vibrating pillow connections* Commission new system* Asbestos - A PC sum of PS3K is entered into the Schedule of works for unforeseen worksNOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
