You are invited to submit a tender for the Partial Demolition and Restoration Works at the Sue Noake LC . The scope of the project is fully described within the ITT (Tender documents) in summary the scope is:The Contractor taking full responsibility for the design, demolition,clearance and reinstatement of the site in accordance with the contract.The demolition of identified building to include foundations, slab and any other below ground structure down to 2 metres.Works to commence in (date to be confirmed). and be completed within six (6) weeks, [incl.
