The Port of Milford Haven wishes to appoint a competent surveying consultant to carry out mandatory RICS Red Book Valuations for Accounting and Financial Reporting.In addition, we are seeking proposals for Corporate Real Estate Advice (Lot 2) and the provision of Property and Real Estate Services, (Lot3) to support the MHPA Commercial Property Team, who on occasion require additional specialist advice.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=144006.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
