Flintshire County Council were seeking to contract a company or organisation with the necessary accreditation, skills and expertise to set up, organise, deliver, monitor and evaluate accredited First Aid and Manual handling training.This was to include:- Emergency First aid at Work - Level 2- First Aid at work - Level 3- First Aid at work re-qualification- 12 monthly First Aid refresher- Paediatric First Aid- Manual Handling.
