The supplier will undertake a fundraising assessment using a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis in the form of supporter and staff surveys, 1-2-1 interviews, leadership questionnaires amongst other methods.The findings, together with the deep understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional fundraising in this sector will guide a practical set of recommendations in the form of a roadmap to guide the Health Board's decision making over the next three years.
