Detailed designs have been already prepared by Conservation Architects. The works also includes for small elements of M&E, the regraded of paving to create level or ramped access and to integrate net biodiversity measures. All six projects are in close proximity on Stanley Street, Holyhead, where minimising disruption to operating business is a key factor. In addition, due to business operations the timescale allows for staggered delivery. The Council will be the client.
