Conwy County Borough Council (hereafter referred to as the Client) is currently seeking to procure a suitably qualified Contractor (for clarity, reference to Tenderer within these documents should be taken as having the same meaning as Contractor) for the performance of the following contract:Colwyn Bay Leisure Centre Reception Area - Minor Remodelling and Refurbishment WorksForm of ContractThe form of Contract for this Scheme will be NEC4 Engineering and Construction Short Contract, Option A: Priced Contract with activity schedule, June 2017 including Amendments (2023); secondary Options X2, X4, X7, X12 X15, X16, X17, Y(UK)2 and Z Clauses.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=144538.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
