The Vale of Glamorgan Council ("the Council") requires Retrofit improvements to, 24 Borough Close Cowbridge, CF71 7BN in the Vale of Glamorgan ("the Works"). The Works will include Retrofit improvements, EWI, Solar PV, roof works, paths and associated work to 1 property.The Council requires one (1) competent contractor ("Supplier") to carry out the Works outlined within Appendix E and in accordance with the additional information supplied.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=144593.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
