The Vale of Glamorgan Council ("the Council") requires Balcony Floor Upgrades to 23NoBalconies at 15-31 Buttrills Walk CF62 8BZ (odd numbers) & 44-52 North Walk (evens) CF62 8DF, Barry.The Works involve the removal of the existing damaged balcony floor covering and installation of Winkler flooring system.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=144734.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
