Cartrefi Conwy Cyfyngedig is seeking to establish a 48-month Legal Services Framework Agreement, which falls under the services category. This tender is open to all relevant service providers and is conducted as a light-touch tender in line with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The framework will serve Cartrefi Conwy and its subsidiaries, as well as other contracting authorities across Wales, particularly registered social landlords in North and Central Wales. The corridor for submission has been extended to 12:00 PM on 15 November 2024, to ensure ample response time for all bidders. The procurement location spans multiple regions including Flintshire, Wrexham, Gwynedd, Isle of Anglesey, Conwy, and Denbighshire.

This tender presents significant opportunities for law firms and legal service providers to secure a long-term framework agreement and expand their clientele by serving various public sector entities. Businesses with expertise in corporate and funding law, HR and employment, property and land development, and housing management are particularly well-suited to participate. Winning this framework can provide firms with sustained revenue and the possibility to deliver community benefits, as it includes a community rebate provision based on expenditure under the framework. Interested businesses should prepare to submit their bids electronically, ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
