Businesses with a strong logistical network in Wales and experience in supplying public sector contracts will find this opportunity well-suited. The framework supports the Welsh public sector, emphasising social value, sustainability, and economic growth, which could enhance the business reputation of suppliers. The open procurement method allows a wide range of companies to participate, offering a potentially lucrative partnership for those that meet the tender criteria.
