Notice Description
The procurement exercise to be undertaken is to appoint a partner contractor from the start to deliver developments for Tai Calon wish to develop the sites for housing with the following objectives:* Deliver sustainable and affordable homes* Maximise density whilst ensuring high quality shared spaces.* Maximise good quality and enhance existing amenity space for use by the community* Reduce our carbon emissions, and fuel poverty and improve the energy efficiency of our homes* Homes should meet Development Quality Requirements (DQR) to ensure eligibility for grant.* Acceptable cost guidance should be considered to maximise grant eligibility.* Design is to consider whole life costs and reduce the need for high cost component replacement over the next 60 years.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=145231.
