Notice Description

The Vale of Glamorgan Council ("the Council") wishes to appoint consultants to undertake a feasibility study and prepare an indicative master plan vision for a Business Park on prime development land it owns near to Cardiff Airport ("the Service"). The study will be prepared to assist the Council promote its land as a major investment opportunity for potential investors and developers.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=145715.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility. A user guide is available at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/sitehelp/help_guides.aspx.Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems. The consultants commissioned for this study are required to immediately commence the work tasks set out below and should aim to complete the study by the end of February 2025. Any time extension would be subject to agreement in writing between the Council and the Consultants.The Vale of Glamorgan Council has declared a Climate and Nature emergency and is committed to working with suppliers that contribute to our journey towards Net Zero Carbon.Tenders may be submitted in Welsh and will be treated no less favourably than a tender submitted in English.(WA Ref:145715)
