Cardiff Council intends to appoint an appropriate contractor to build a new play area adjacent to Llanrumney Hall.The new play area will be a 635m2 and will provide play equipment and features for different age groups and abilities.The construction will consist of:Clearance and preparation of the siteLaying of new surfacingSoft landscapingInstallation of play equipmentPerimeter fencingPlease refer to the drawings and Specification for the full scope of work.The contractor shall be responsible for fencing and securing the site during the works, protecting existing trees in accordance with BS5837:2012, developing a safe site management plan for working close to Llanrumney Hall (including access to and from the site for contractors vehicles) protecting underground services (where applicable) and meeting their obligations under the CDM regulations.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=146145.
