Notice Description

Hywel Dda Health Board ("HDUHB") has awarded a contract for the renewal of their LinkedIn Platform Subscription. This contract provides the Health Board with access to the leading dedicated professional social media site to connect with potential vacancy candidates. The subscription supports the Health Board's attraction and efficiency strategies and helps to raise the Health Board Employer Virtual Profile (EVP) which has been built up over the past six (6) years via the platform. The EVP has allowed HDUHB to accumulate valuable data around which of the tools deployed work best across different specialities and in different geographical locations. The renewal is an essential element of the Health Boards recruitment strategy and ensures they continuously improve and refine their targeting approach to maximum impact particularly when seeking to attract into hard to fill roles. The previous contract has now contributed to fifty-five (55) new employees via job matching and the recruiter licence with one thousand seven hundred (1,700) apply clicks and one thousand (1,000) in mails sent. The agreement is designed to enhance recruitment campaigns for HDUHB and in turn lower agency and locum costs.The Crown Commercial Services (CCS) G-Cloud 13 framework agreement (RM1557.13) is compliant with UK/EU procurement legislation and provides a compliant route to source a large variety of cloud based services such as cloud hosting, cloud software and cloud support from a range of suppliers. This framework includes several potential providers who have achieved inclusion on the framework following a qualification process and procurement approached a supplier with links to the Welsh economy.
