Content and the skills requiredEssential Skills:* Prior experiencing of evaluating Third Sector projects over PS500,000, including those of grant makers.Desirable Skills:* Knowledge of UK Government or European funding.* Ability to conduct the work bilingually (in Welsh and English).Content Required:* Written report, including progress towards the original outcome targets, hidden outcomes, other successes, effectiveness of the governance of the project.* 3 case studies of funded projects, including photographs and/or videos.
