Invitation to Tender: Framework Agreement for Graphic Design Services for Bannau Brycheiniog Nationa

Bannau Brycheiniog National Park Authority is sourcing its graphic design needs through a framework agreement with design companies.This is the second tender of its kind for the National Park Authority and will cover a five-year period. The aim is to identify up to five companies offering competitive rates for specified design work throughout the contract's duration.Successful companies will be granted access to the National Park Authority's graphic design assets, brand guidelines, and image library (to be used exclusively for Authority projects). Introducing Bannau Brycheiniog National Park AuthorityAs one of the three Welsh National Parks, Bannau Brycheiniog National Park Authority operates with two primary purposes: to conserve and enhance the natural beauty, wildlife, and cultural heritage of the National Park, and to promote opportunities for public enjoyment and understanding of its unique qualities. Additionally, we have a statutory duty to support the economic and social well-being of the communities within the National Park.The Authority has specific responsibilities for Planning and Rights of Way within the Park's boundaries. Other essential services for communities are provided by the nine local authorities with land in the National Park.We fulfil our duties through initiatives in conservation, sustainable tourism, education, visitor services, and information and interpretation. The Authority collaborates with partners to operate three Tourist Information Centres and solely manages both the National Park Visitor Centre and Craig-y-Nos Country Park.As part of our recent rebrand to Bannau Brycheiniog National Park, all communication, design, and promotional materials now adhere to updated brand guidelines and are produced bilingually, with Welsh given priority in line with our commitment to supporting and promoting the Welsh language. This includes adverts, brochures, flyers, posters, and corporate reports, as well as materials for events and activities, often in collaboration with partners.The total annual spend on design is projected at no more than PS10,000, although this may vary year-to-year due to budget constraints. All tenders for design and related services must meet the requirements of our Welsh language standards and align with the Authority's updated branding to ensure consistency across all communications.We welcome suppliers who can deliver high-quality, creative outputs that reflect the new identity and vision of Bannau Brycheiniog National Park Authority, while upholding Welsh language and culture at the heart of our work.DurationThe framework will start in April 2025 and will run for 5 years from the date of the contract.This notice has been sent as a region specific notice.
