Framework agreement for the supply and installation of unplasticised polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) windows to Swansea Council's Building Services. The contract is divided into two lots:Lot 1: Supply Only - The supplier will provide high-quality uPVC windows compliant with UK building regulations and sustainability standards for various council properties, including schools, offices, and residential buildings.Lot 2: Supply and Fit - The supplier will provide and install uPVC windows in accordance with the specifications outlined, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations, workmanship standards, and safety requirements.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
