Notice Description

TWH secured funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund in March 2025 for Delivery of the project and now we seek to appoint an individual as Project Mentor to join our Steering Group who will be responsible for the delivery of the capital programme which has a current construction value circa PS3.5M.Initially the appointment will involve supporting TWH through RIBA 4 design and tender development and then a build programme phased in two main sections over 16 month period on site. During that time TWH will continue to be open albeit activities restricted with the building works ongoing.Outline details of the project are included within the project pack comprising extracts from the RIBA 3 design and photographs.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=149683.
