The University of South Wales (USW) is one of Britain's most exciting and ambitious universities. Innovative, thriving and sustainable, we work to build better futures for our students, our communities and our partners economically, socially and culturally.USW requires a partner to convert the male toilets on D Floor to gender neutral toilets at our Newport Campus.Works to include demolition of all internal fittings [cubicles, urinals, wash hand basins, IPS] and replacing with individual rooms. New ceilings, floor covering and decoration.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
