Emergency Lighting Servicing - Across Wales
Notice Description
WWHG requirement under this contract is for a single contractor in each geographical lot to carry out 6 monthly and yearly servicing and maintenance to emergency lighting systems as per BS5266 and provide certification to confirm compliance.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. To obtain further information record your interest on Sell2Wales at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/search/search_switch.aspx?ID=150056 (WA Ref:150056)Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority's economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:The WWH Group is committed to making a difference to people's lives, homes and communities. Our residents are at the heart of everything we do, and our organisational priorities are supporting / developing their communities, as well as providing opportunities and up-skilling for individuals.Working alongside Welsh Government, we want to maximise the value of the Welsh pound with re-investment not only into Wales but where possible, re-investment into WWH Communities through the use of local businesses, a local workforce and by providing real opportunities for work and training to the communities in which we operate.
