Notice Description

Bouygues UK has been appointed to deliver the Advanced Technology Centre (ATC) for Cardiff and Vale College as part of a 119 million GBP scheme under the Mutual Investment Model (MIM). Located near Cardiff Airport, the 12,966m2 facility will accommodate almost 2,000 full and part-time learners and 215 staff. The ATC will offer flexible teaching spaces, specialist workshops, robotics and composites labs, and a Higher Education Business Centre. Work starts in June 2025 with completion due in 2027.Hard Landscaping Package Value: Circa 254,646 GBPSubcontractor interest now invited.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=151677.
