Bouygues UK is delivering the new Barry Waterfront Campus (BWC) for Cardiff and Vale College as part of a 119 million GBP development under the Mutual Investment Model (MIM). Situated in Barry's Waterfront Innovation Quarter, the 5,980m2 campus will serve around 900 full and part-time students. It will offer courses in hospitality, hair & beauty, care, creative arts, and business, with public-facing training facilities including a restaurant and salon. Construction starts June 2025 with completion in 2027.Structural Steelwork Package Value: Circa 863,494 GBPSubcontractor interest now invited.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=151692.
