The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership on behalf of the Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust is looking to appoint a suitable provider to reassess whether the board and its committees are optimally structured and dynamic enough to support a strategic shift which the Trust is currently going through. The Trust’s clinical model is also being transformed significantly.
