Cyngor Gwynedd wishes to set up a Framework Agreement with a number of contractors to deliver its Reactive Repairs and Maintenance work to its housing and non housing buildingsIt is intended that the framework be in place for a total of eight years, commencing on 1st October 2025 and ending on the 30th of September 2033. To ensure ongoing competitiveness and the inclusion of new suppliers, the framework will re-open to competition at the end of years 1, 3, and 5. This approach allows for periodic reassessment and the opportunity for additional suppliers to join the framework, ensuring it remains dynamic and responsive to market changes.
