This opportunity was originally advertised via OJEU under reference number 2018/S 102-232168 on the 31st May 2018 (https://ted.europa.eu/udl?uri=TED:NOTICE:232168-2018:TEXT:EN:HTML&src=0). This initiative aims to streamline the procurement process and open up new possibilities for local and regional contractors, and allow the Council to assemble and maintain an approved list of contractors for the stipulated works and to offer a more flexible and responsive procurement.
