Notice Description

The National Waterfront Museum opened in 2005 in a formal partnership between Amgueddfa Cymru and the Council of the City and County of Swansea (CCS). National Waterfront Museum Swansea is a limited company registered number 04255473.Amgueddfa Cymru is currently considering a multi-phased project of redevelopment of the National Waterfront Museum which will shift its focus from an industrial museum to one that tells Wales' stories of living with the sea. This project will respond to and support the current redevelopment plans that CCS has for Swansea Museum, incorporating CCS' emerging Culture Strategy as well as the Local Development Plan 2023-2038. Of particular importance are CCS' plans to further develop the maritime quarter into a strong cultural destination for residents and tourists.Amgueddfa Cymru wishes to create a framework agreement for provision of a range of consultancy services to support and deliver the redevelopment project and on-going works flowing from the vision for the National Waterfront Museum.See the attached word document for further information.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=153740.
