UWTSD are seeking a suitably qualified consultant to carry out a strategic review and feasibility study on the future of Open Access publishing for health and care within NHS Wales and Higher Education institutions in Wales. This work is commissioned by WIDI (on behalf of the NHS Wales e-Library Service Board), in collaboration with the Wales Higher Education Libraries Forum (WHELF), and is further endorsed by Health and Care Research Wales.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=155089.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
