The Supplier will deliver a tailored version of its Cultural Competence Certification Scheme to four pilot sites participating in Social Care Wales' progression programme for social care staff from ethnic minority backgrounds. The Supplier will deliver a streamlined pilot model designed to generate early insight, test engagement approaches, and support sites to take initial steps toward more inclusive and equitable progression practices.
