Notice Description
Hyppo Hydrogen Solutions Ltd is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a minimum sized 200 kW solar PV system at Bay Studios, Fabian Way, Swansea.The project will deliver a cost-effective, futureproof renewable energy solution to reduce grid dependency and support long-term sustainability objectives. The system must be designed to maximise generation within the allocated budget of PS200,000 and integrate with existing and planned energy infrastructure.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=155785.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility. A user guide is available at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/sitehelp/help_guides.aspx.Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems. Budget and Funding* Maximum budget: PS200,000 (exclusive of VAT).* Tenders exceeding this budget will not be considered.* Value for money and ability to maximise system size and output within the budget is a key evaluation criterion.Evaluation CriteriaTenders will be assessed on the following weighted criteria:* Technical Capability & System Design - 40%* Cost Effectiveness / Value for Money - 30%* Experience & Track Record - 15%* Delivery Timescales - 10%* Sustainability / Added Value - 5%Supplier InstructionsInterested suppliers must submit a tender response including:1. Company details, relevant experience, and accreditations (e.g. MCS, NICEIC, ISO).2. Proposed design, equipment specification, and layout.3. Detailed cost breakdown (equipment, labour, installation, commissioning).4. Delivery and installation programme.5. Warranties, guarantees, and maintenance offering.6. Evidence of financial standing and insurance.7. References from similar projects.(WA Ref:155785)The buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia bidding.
